Hello and welcome! Since our founding in 2021, Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool Eagle Rock has been proud to provide high quality early childhood care to the Eagle Rock and greater Los Angeles communities! As the founding director of this program, I have seen and been apart of the growth and development of our program and it has been an absolute blessing to contribute to the Eagle Rock community by providing loving and attentive teachers, enriching classroom experiences, and strong familial and community bonds.

I began my teaching career while earning my bachelor’s degree, as a classroom assistant at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, before graduating and teaching in Altadena for 5 years. I have been a teacher with Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool since 2019, starting as a teacher and moving up to Assistant Director in 2020, when I was given the honor of opening Delaney Wright Eagle Rock on behalf of our Head of Schools, Jaime Edwards-Acton, with lots of help from our own Teacher Yaecy and our maintenance staff. And the rest, as they say, is history! I love seeing each of our children and staff’s faces each morning and the joy I feel so fortunate to experience each day makes every day so unique and fun! At the end of the day, we want learning and growing to be fun for everyone and I can safely say that we accomplish that goal each day! Eagle Rock and our community have special ties to my heart as a native born-and-raised Angeleno and my hope is for our program to remain a loving and happy hub for our community.
